My son had bought gliders sandal material code[protected] marco-1 size 44 from foot fashion, opp navneet house, gurukul road ahmedabad. For rs.699=00, i had check this sandal at my home but it was too big for him so i had return this sandal after 1o minutes. I requested him to give smaller size but they hadn't in stock thus i requested for refund money but they denied to give me refund because of company policy . If they have no stock for exchange at that time they must refund money of customers.
2. And same time i call customer care of liberty but wrong number mention on board.
3. In bill why they also not to mention customer detail like name address and contect number. Only balnk bill given to customer ( i attach copy of bill )

4. I have demand credit note at that time cashier manually write on bill they have not offical accounting entry in system.

So finally i decided if company cann't refund my money then i go to consumer forum.
