Lic Of India — Bond paper not received

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am Ajit Kumar Paswan. I have taken policy for life cover from Life Insurance Corporation of India in year 2018. My policy no. is[protected], DOC is 16/11/2018 from its Sultanganj Branch office of Bhagalpur District in Bihar. I have taken the premium through an LIC Agent (Code is 0158952B).
Almost three years have gone but i have still not recieved my Bond paper.
After getting enquired from Branch office it is found that the paper is already given to the agent. But the agent is not handing it over to me even after requesting him several times.
Please help me in resolving my issues.
