Lido Classes — Taking instalments without classes

I have enrolled for the lido classes of class 5th for my child Abhinav Kumar in Month of August for the full session till March 22.
They have financed the instalments for 10 months by bajaj finance.
After 2 months they stopped the classes and still taking instalments.
I have told to lido person several times and they told me that they will solve the problem in 1 week but till they have not solved the problem
So kindly do it urgently.
