Dear Team,
A few month back I had paid money for online class for my child but due to some personal reasons couldn’t start it.I haven’t even taken a single class for my child .
I was told by your department that the plan would be canceled and I will get back my money that I paid for the classes but even after 4 Months you guys are not even bothering to cancel it due to which I had to pay my emi.
Is this the services rendered by your team.
What does your MD does ?
Is he sitting back and relaxing ?
Kindly reverse my money back else I’ll raise the matter in Twitter and all the social media platforms and make sure that you guys loose your goodwill.
