Am a savings account holder 51495815 in hdfc bank, malleswaram branch, bangalore.
I have applied to loan closure for car loan 69077890 on 14/11/19
Find acknowledgement they mention 7 days to get noc and it has been 12 days i didn’t get any email or phone call or letter after regular follow up.
The loan is still active and nobody called for disclosure loan fees.
I have desperation to sell my car and didn't get proper communication from bank people
