I have bought Life fit treadmill model A2 in october end through amazon. It is completely a defective product or the Life Fit has mentioned exaggerated specifications, to name them:
1) According to specifications mentioned on amazon its max. weight capacity was 150 kg walking but my father who weighs just 115 kg was never able to use it more than 10 min. in one go because it used to make sparks, and its belts used to get misaligned .
2) It was mentioned that its max. speed is 18km/hr but the product doesn't go any more than 14km/hr.
3) Its steps counting dial never worked for my father. which i concluded due to weight only.
4) Even after costing 50, 000 Rupees there dials are not spelled correctly.
As there was 10 day return available on amazon i had applied for return but one of its customer care personnel confused me with no. of days and later on the return window was closed. At that time they even sent there engineer from delhi but Now treadmill has stopped working now we have been calling them daily and they just tell us that they have forwarded our complaint to technical team and we will be getting call back from technical team.
