Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — policy bond lost by zm

Dear sir,

I have a lic policy (No.[protected] & this policy made by mr. Chandan roy[protected] from the branch of lic of india, calcutta city branch no 19 (440) on 28/03/2012.

I continued this upto 28/05/2013, then due to my financial issue i stopped it. I got call from this agent to make it running and requested me to renew it with 11548/- this amount & also requested to submit my original policy bond. I did what ha said & got a policy receipt from lic. But this policy still not renewed. I asked several time to my agent & he said it is in process. I got few sms on this from lic. Lastly, my agent said that the original bond paper has lost. He also said that he given the bond to zm to process it soon but no result happen.

Now, suggest me what to do next. If you really lost the bond paper then i have to lodge a case-file against it. I don't want to loose any single savings from you. So look into the matter crucially. The receipt attached with this complain.
