I want to change my address, but after roaming 2-3 times to lic office and spending hours for this small job they are unable to change it due to their lack of computer knowledge. I don’t know how will be India be digital. :( :( this is the reason that privatisation is essential. they write like their office time starts at 08:00 am but I can’t found a single person till 10:30/11:00, why don't biometric punching applicable to them.

D/Sir, I rajeev gupta have paid my policy premium for my policy number[protected] on 09/03/2017 RS 3049/- through www.licindia.com, using internet banking but I don't received any receipt till date, the same amount is debited from my account at the same time, PL do the needful.
