[Resolved]  Life Plus 369 — complaint about a faulty reconnect air-conditioner 1.5 ton

Respected sir,

I am writing to complain about the above reconnect air-conditioner, which i bought from your reliance digital, crystal mall, jamnagar on may 12th 2018 (See the attached photocopy of the sales receipt).

This air-conditioner was installed in our shop for pizza (William johns pizza – crystal mall, 3rd floor, jamnagar-gujarat) and i filled in and posted the guarantee form on the same day. Two days later, i feel that the air-conditioner did not function properly.in particular, it was not giving out any air and was not working. We are immediately informed the reliance digital, crystal mall – jamangar about the defect in the air-conditioner and personally visited the dealer but they are not ready to replace the product after continuous follow ups and 100 of calls to dealer they got agreed to give us the replacement which took almost 10-12 days.

We immediately made several verbal complaints about the issue to the showroom as well on customer service call centre. After several call, customer service centre and engineer came and said that air flow and cooling is not proper, please change your air condition because your air conditions is guarantee /warrantee periods.

Therefore, i called mr mustakbhai (Manager), your company’s service representative, and asked him to exchange the faulty air-conditioner for a new one because your air conditioner compress is totally fail.

This sort of behavior is completely unacceptable. I demand that you either replace the air-conditioner immediately or refund my money. If you do not do so, i shall take this matter to the consumer council as well as press media. My contact telephone number is [protected].
