Lifecell International — CRM No.[protected], Fraud ! Charging additional money

I have booked the 75 yrs storage service in Jan-23 for our baby's stem cells from Lifecell International pvt ltd at a total cost of Rs 58000 (Incl of GST) with the only condition that I have to pay Rs 9350 only at the time of registration (ie in Jan-23). the remaining amount (ie. Rs 48650) I need to pay on my baby's 1st birthday (ie. on 04-Feb-24).
But now they are asking the remaining balance of Rs 53000 for the storage services.

I made many complaints to the company along with all the documentary proof of email which I have received from the company officials for Rs 58000. But nobody is bothering about my complaint.

Stem cells is only produced at the time of baby's birth & that is very precious for my baby's health.

Company's officials is not understanding & taking undue advantage of this with the fee. As the Stem cells is only produced at the time of baby's birth & they know that how precious it is for us.
