I was given an assurance that i can avail their services by paying 50 k, which i have paid 24k from credit and 26k from debit. I was told that after paying the amt, this total will b converted into an zero emi by their dept for 36 months which was a lie by the manager, mr manish mehta. I got a mail to convert whole amt to emi, for which i paid an extra 4 k amt to bank. When i asked who will do the emi conversion of 26k, they r answerless....

fraud company provides holiday services

This is a fraud company as they have made false promises and i have been facing issues from the very next day i joined their services, i was called to their office and was trapped to take their service on their false commitments

I was told that the holiday package cost is rs, 115000 valid for 5 years and the same can be paid in 36 months emi's without any interest or processing fee. I again and again emphasized to an executive...

to refund my money back from these such type of frudent 'likizo'

Day before yesterday in mall, a person take my contact details just for survey and yesterday he called me, he was from "likizo services" and told me that you are a lucky draw winner and you can collect your gift vouchers from so and so place and they send me the details for place and i went to them and they explained me about their services but when they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions is not there whatever...

services not provided

Even i am fooled around by this company. They made so many promises but couldn't live up to even one.. I want to make a booking but now they are saying that between 2 bookings there should be a gap of 5 months. But neither this is stated in the agreement nor said in the presentation by the company... What kind of behavior is this.? They just say so much but when it comes to action it is all zero....

forced membership and misleading to swipe the credit card

I had entered into agreement with likizo services on 14th jul 2018 based on assurances and offers explained to me for the holiday membership by paying rs. 99000/-. For which i was assured that rs. 15000/- will be debited immediately and balance rs. 84000/- will be deducted as 36 months emi for rs. 2333/- per month. Processing fees and interest charges on emi will be borne by likizo services on basis of which i was asked to swipe my credit...

likizo services pvt ltd refund my 50000 rs

As per company, they ask to pay 5k, and remaining will be emi so if you are not happy with service you can stop.
However they are deducted 50k at one time and now they are asking for emi with bank.

I have done the transaction yesterday, and not used any of the service so refund can be done as per the law, however they are telling refund cannot be done....

People from likizo have called me about some offer and i went to them and they explained me about their services but when they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions is not there whatever they explained to me and i signed that agreement and paid 62500 rs but right now when i went through many sites found these people are fraud.

Please help me to get my money back....

As company asked me to pay 10, 000 rs as down payment and remaining amount (52, 500) will get deducted as emi from your account but they took all 62, 500) from my account (10, 000 from debit and 52500 from credit)

So at this point i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back.

Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term...
