I was sold memebership for 10 years by paying amount 2 L and 30 thousand in Nov 2019
I have not received any holidays or services delivered to me. all contact numbers of the company including call center numbers are switched off.
Background:
During Diwali period, we were told that we have got a free gift voucher for holiday and which we need to collect the same from likizo services office based in belapur times square building.
Initially we did not had plan to collect the free gift but then we were followed up constantly by customer care to visit once and collect the same. after visiting there we were asked to see their presentations for holiday scheme and if found good we can go for it.
4 to 5 sales executives namely Kapil dabhade (manager, mob +91 [protected]), Swati R (manager, mob +91 [protected]) and 3 others explained us their holiday scheme after taking our inputs on holiday preference. They offered us scheme for 10 years with 6 nights/7 days every year in 4 to 5 STAR facility, and also with local club facility at the cost of 2, 30, 000 RS and payment we made by credit card.
Now, in last one month we have tried to book our summer holidays, visited their offices number of times but still not able to manage to get our bookings done. Moreover in last 2 weeks we have noticed that their offices in belapur times square offices is closed and all their customer care and executives numbers switched off.
This is extreme case of fraud where they have collected money through credit card machines on name of likizoservices.
