This complaint is against likizo services pvt ltd baner pune. They first asked to fill up form outside mall and then they say you have won lucky coupon and ask to come with my wife. Then they give presentation with loud music and force me so that i sign agreement with my wife name. Before agreement they promises lot of things but they all are lies. As company asked me to pay 10000 rs as down payment and remaining amount (40000) will get deducted as emi from your account but they deducted all amount once and told that this will be at 0 percent rate. But after payment done within some days i asked about emi they said that i have to do it with contacting bank and said that all finance charges and taxes for emi conversion will be paid by them.
Its been three months and i contact them frequently about my money and membership details they keep saying that you will get an update on thursday and so on. They all are fooling me and they all are fraud. I have not use any of their service as they keep saying that you cannot use service until you get membership card and its been 3 months till now i did not received that card.
Now i have bear all the charges and taxes of emi. From this i feel cheated and fooled so i do not want to use this service anymore and i have not single service from them. They says until you get membership card you cannot avail services and i did not get it till now.
So at this point i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back including finance charges and taxes of three months that is 50000 plus 944 (Finance charges) plus 876 (Taxes). Total 51820 rs
When i ask to refund my money they say as per agreement they are non-refund able and talking rudely.
They keep saying that your account will get credited but they all are liars.
Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per gov circular there is no any term non refundable.
Please help me to get my money back and stand against this fraud company.

Yes, they are not trustworthy and it looks like they do business in unethical way. They refused to accept Cheque Payment and asked for only card/cash payment. I have proof of conversation with Likizo representatives.

I had paid Rs. 5000 as initial amount but they are not ready refund now. As per our law there is No Term like
"Non-Refundable". There are lots of complaints registered against this company.

So I have contacted my lawyer along with all proofs and initiated legal process. Soon they will get legal notice for the same.

Hi I am Sonam even we also made a transaction of 100000. At the time of presentation they gave false commitment and now they are not ready to fulfill them. We were told we will get movie ticket dinner wowcher every month but we got it just for one month and after that they are not replying the mails. I want my money back can anyone help me pls. It is a fraud company and fraud people they are taking our money and not replying or picking the calls.

Kindly share your mobile numbers all of you. We have made what's app group. We are going to lodge complaint against them collectively.

Likizo Fraud

My name is Shrey raturi I took this membership on my wife name likizo is closed and now my money is stuck with them can someone please help to get my refund back,

Is there any way all o[censored]s can combinely file a complaint against them in consumer court & request for refund?
I also took membership by paying full amount & not getting a single service in timely manner.

This is to inform you regarding a fraud that has been done with me. I had bought some jacket from Brand factory in the month of December 2018 & from there we filled up a raffle which was a lucky draw. After couple of days we were called as we had been selected & were called to collect the present at Belapur. There they explained about the tours offers in which they promised a 7 days tour, a summer camp for children, Couple dinner every month & Gym benefits.
Likizo Company had asked to do a down payment of Rs 15000/- on 31st January 2019 & balance 98000 via credit card on Emi basis for 2 years. The company gave us gym for one year & now has finally closed the company & eloped with the money. I am trying to contact them but there number has been switched off. The contact person name was Amol from Likizo Services & his contact number is [protected].

I would kindly request you to please help me in getting my money back.

I took membership of Likizo service at Baner (Pune) and have paid INR 85000/- for 5years membership.
I am not getting any services as they promised like -
- Not booking hotel accomodations
- Not booking Dinning for couple
- Not booking movie tickets for couple

Also, I sent email to customercare of Likizo service and tried calling all the contacts as mention and given on their website...but no response (number showing either out of service or invalid)

This is completely a cheating case...Can you please guide me how to take this ahead and solve by legally?

This complaint is against likizo services pvt ltd at Amanora mall near Magarpatta, Pune. They first asked me to fill up form outside Dmart mall and then they called after couple of days and said I have won lucky coupon with free travel trip. They asked me to come to pick it up as there will be music, food and lot of entertainment. I openly asked them what will I have to pay to which they replied that there is no money involved so I just went without any money. When I reached there the program was in a small room with couple of tables and few families. No music, food or any sort of entertainment. Then they asked me to sit at one table and gave the presentation and forced me to pay 50000 at the time of agreement. I tried to back out by saying I didn't bring any money and will come tomorrow but they kept saying that this thing is only for today. After my wife forced me I ended up paying 15000. At the time of agreement they promises lot of things but they all are lies.

Later when I tried contacting them they kept on forcing me to pay the remaining amount to avail the full benefit but I refused and asked for a refund to which they replied that the money is non refundable. I tried visiting their office in Amanora mall on multiple occasions but they kept saying that the main person is not available who handles these sort of issues and asked me to come back later.

I desperately need help to get my money back from them. Can anyone help?
