Sir, After much patience and harassment on part of your agency I am sending this complain on these grounds: Unable to provide replacement even after a month and continuously giving false hope leading to harassment and mental tension on my part. We hired services from your agency in the month of April’14 the boy that you provided left after a few days of joining and only when you said you will be sending the replacement we let the boy leave. Thereafter, after endless phone call and continuous reminders you started sending the profiles of the house boys and assured that they will be sent but they never reached somehow every time you only gave me false hope but actually nothing was being done on my problem. Therefore now I am filing this complain after much harassment on your part.
