Limeroad — Limeroad women clothing size problem & return (disgusting team & disgusting service)

I have ordered 2 dresses for my wife for birth day gift 34’’ size (Dress order id : 3591004 - polyester net sleeveless dress & 3513332 - pink cotton lycra pleated dress). Though the product delivered on time but could not able to try since she was in london. When i present her both the dresses she found that the size has a big problem. Though lime road says 34’’ size as small and 36’’ as medium but 34’’ size in lime road is 30’’ size in general in compare to flipkart, jabong, snap deal & amazon clothing chart.

Hardly she could try, i thought let us return and take the same piece for 36” size but here like flipkart and jabong the return windows close only for 7 days not like flipkart for 30 days.

We request them humbly and politely to exchange the both the products but they didn’t listen to us. Thought we understood we got delayed but how come limeroad present clothing’s of 30’’ sizes as 34’’ size. Is this something they make customer fool or is this something they want to creates their own sizes to differentiate themselves from other ecommerce online retail giants.
