I recently spoke with Limeroad customer care regarding the refund for my order. Despite my insistence, they claimed that the refund reference number is not visible on their end. This assertion contradicts the fact that if a refund has been processed, they must possess a corresponding reference number. It appears that they are engaging in fraudulent practices by not providing the necessary details and failing to process the refund.
The product in question is a light blue jeans that I purchased through the Limeroad app. The order details are as follows:

Despite initiating a return due to sizing issues and the scheduled pickup taking place on February 24, 2024, under Return ID [protected]OP1, there has been no indication of the refunded amount in my bank account.
I am extremely frustrated and exhausted from attempting to resolve this issue through their customer care service. Initially, they provided me with my payment reference number (for the jeans purchase) instead of REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER to make me fool, but failed to furnish the refund reference number. Subsequently, they claim that the reference number is not visible, creating a situation where I feel continuously deceived.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request the consumer forum to urgently intervene and address this fraudulent behavior. I believe their actions violate fair consumer practices, and I seek a swift resolution to this matter.
