[Resolved] Link Utsav — Payment done but receipt and order id not generated

Hi,
I had applied for HSRP with Colour sticker. Details were filled properly and the payment was also made (Payment Id pay_GILs5sIUgTfFMt Paid On 28th Dec, 2020 Method UPI. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.

I applied online for HSRP coloured speaker. All the details were filled and payment of Rs. 697.61 done successfully (payment ID pay_GRctNPlNNrjQIt)on 20th January 2021 but receipt and order number not generated. Kindly help.

But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.

I booked a HSRP for my bike on 16 sept 2022 but till yet i have not got my order number and couldn't download the receipt.
