Dear Sir, I purchased at Big Bazaar under the scheme BUY ONE AND GET ONE. I opened one of the packets and found a big stone, Is this the way of offering BUY ONE AND GET ONE? I feel really shocked to note such an activity of your company and wondering as to why I can not publish in News Paper and bring it in face book, twitter etc. It clearly indicates that this is not a genuine way of doing business.Iam going to report this matter to ISO also K.R.Natarajan. A mail was flashed to [protected]@futuregroup.com and to [protected]@liondates.com. Today one of your sales officer [protected] casually asking for the problem faced. It is quite shocking to note the speed of attending to customer complaint. He was perhaps told by M/S. Menaka to contact my mobile without appraising him the event. Can I have your quality policy? I requested for the soft copy of ISO certification and their management is keeping total silence. The CEO is not contactable at all and his secretary perhaps, seem to drive away customer complaints. Their sales officer at Coimbatore called me after 15 days and asked me about the complaint in a casual way and their management from Trichy have not perhaps appraised him fully even after a substantial delay.We all should jointly make LION CEO understand customer voice and its implication. I appeal to all to mail this to their friends abroad also to make them aware of such activity and discourage using their products.
