I had ordered a solar charging power bank (order #6354562) from litsolar.com on 22nd May, 2020. The order value was 39.98$ and the email i received for order confirmation is attached. On 11th June I was told the order will ship on 15-16th june but I never received a tracking number and all my complaints that I had made in the upcoming months went unheard. The website from which I had ordered the powerbank is no longer working. I came to know about this company via a YouTube ad and I couldn't believe that Youtube allows such fraudulent companies to post ads on their site and fool their customers. I am attaching screenshots of some of the emails I had sent.
