I have never shared feedback for any company because I know in service industries issues are always there but if someone like Llyod do not care about it than customer like me have to share experience publically for everyone awareness.
Request to please do not buy this brand AC. It's been 1 year and 4 times I have faced some issues which is not resolved despite of several discussion with technician team and customer service team. As a customer you should buy product where you can trust after sales service but in this brand I don't see someone worry about service level which is wasting money and time. Look for some other brand because Llyod is not concern about there customer experience and they only want one time money but not again by making trustable service. I am sure now I am not going to buy another product of Llyod again not going to recommend to anyone close to me. Please be aware of product you are going to buy from Llyod.
Now 1 year passed and they will starting charging more money for any issue which they couldn't addressed since last 1 year. But I will buy another AC but I will not spend money in repairing through their people because they are not supportive.
