I received lloyd ac on 11th of this month from Flipkart. Service team send 2 inexperienced small boys from old subhas nagar bhopal, who was not able to install and told me tomorrow experienced team with instruments will come because they are unable to hang outer unit 10 feet above ground in my apartment. But no one came and no update from service team Bhopal. When I called them back for update, they said they are not capable to install and ask me to return lloyd ac. I said that I will complain on social media then service team head told me that they don't care even if I complain. Then I complaint on toll free number but still no update. I called toll free number this morning for update. very poor service from lloyd ac. Never buy ac from this company better to go for some established brands
