Lloyd — Cooling problem and after 20 days no one listen my complaint issue seriously.

I purchased Lloyd AC from flipkart with Order id-OD[protected]
and brand code with GSL1813FWBEW
in date of 28/may/2024 but after the 4 days of installation, i am facing cooling problem i complaint 15/jun/ 2024. but after 20 days still i am waiting for the technician, when i called to customer care helpline number [protected], they said i will raised your complaint so we will solve it shortly and now still said same thing to me but no one come to my house to see the problem and solve the problem. So i am very unsatisfied from the Havells company that provide very poor service to their customer.
