Dear Sir,
I want to bring your kind attention that I had purchased a Lloyd make Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine Model-LWMF60 from the dealer dealer of Lloyd Electric (a band of Havells India Ltd.) from Trishul Trading Co., Jwalapur, Haridwar on dated 23/01/2016 with a 4 years complete warranty and 10 years spares parts support.
The machine was working well till 21-Dec-2017 but since 22-Dec-2017 machine was not working properly and the main issue was that the machine sometimes was cutting the clothes during washing and drying. I have registered a complain at the company’s customer care regarding the problem. Service technician came and he said that there is problem in the rubber of the machine and rubber will have to replace.
After some days he replaced the rubber but again when he checked the machine, he told that there is problem in the display of the machine and the same will have to replace. After a wait of approx 1 month, the service engineer came again with the new display but the display was wrong and it can not be fitted in the machine.

I was not getting a permanent solution from the company so I have contacted with Mr. Ramesh, Area Service Manager of Lloyd on 03/02/2018 but again no permanent solution has provided till 06/03/2018.Again I have contacted with Mr. Pankaj Agrawal Regional Service Manager on 07/02/2018 and explained regarding the issue, he assured that he will provide the best solution and on 24/03/2018 the old machine has replaced with a new machine of same model.
But in this machine I am facing the same problem, sometimes during washing the machine is burning /cutting the clothes. So again I have registered my complain on 07/06/2018 but no solution has provided. Again I have registered a complain on dated 23/07/2018 but no solution has provided till date. Since 07/06/2018 I am registering complains continuously but the company is not providing any satisfactory service/solution, technicians come and see the machine and goes saying that he is not able to resolve the issue and he explained to the senior authorities regarding the issue and they will send some experienced technician .Regarding the issue I have also contacted with your current Regional Service Manager Mr. Maninder Singh and also shared the pictures of the damaged clothes by the machine on whattsapp but no solution has provided till now.We are in huge mental pressure due to this machine since previous 9 months and my wife’s health is not good due to the unnecessary issues in the machine since last 9 months and she used to hand wash due to these issues.Also we are afraid If we use this machine for cloth washing what is the guaranty that machine will not damage the clothes. Till now the machine has already cut/burn the clothes having the cost of Rs.6, 000. Now I am not interested to avail any service from the company as I have already given various chances to the company to sort out the issue but the issue is as it is. Also the company has replaced the machine but the machine has same issue. So It means there is some technical/manufacturing defect in the machine. So I want the complete refund of Rs.21, 000 . I am demanding the refund since 09/07/2018 but no refund has provided till now.I have also posted the letters to the Managing Director of the company at their regional, registered and corporate office and I have also mailed the matter to their e mail ids on 13/09/2018.When I have mailed and posted the letters regarding refund then the call and mail of their Regional Service Manager Mr. Maninder Singh has came and they said that I provide machine to him for the inspection but I have already explained to him that I want refund only as I have purchased the new machine of some other make after being mentally harassed by the company since last 9 months.I have asked to him the following questions to him.
Will you pay the cost of the new machine of other make?
Will you pay the cost of the damaged clothes by your machine?
Will you pay the cost of harassment and mental pressure that you and your company is providing since last 9 months?
Will you pay the cost of hand wash of the clothes done by my wife during your machine breakdowns?
Will you pay the interest on the cost of machine since last 9 months we are bearing with the poor quality of the product?
Will you pay the cost of time that I have consumed and consuming with you and your team since last 9 months?
If you are ready to pay all the above costs with the purchased value of machine then I am ready to provide the machine to you for inspection.
But no reply has come from their side.
Also whenever I have checked the status of the complain on the site of the company mylloyd.com I found that they have closed the complain while I never shared the KKG code to any service engineer of them as I am not satisfied with the service as well as the quality of the product.They are closing the complains falsely.
The same complain I have registered with Department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India on dated 09/07/2018 and the complain docket no. is 812215.I need the help of CNBC AWAAZ to help me in providing the refund and get rid of such faulty poor quality machine.
