Lloyd — Led tv warranty

I have bought a Lloyd LED tv(L39FN2) From Vijaya home appliances adoor on 26/08/2017.The warranty period of the product is five years.Now the TV is not functioning properly.I have made a complaint to the Lloyd service center.Their technician examined the TV and said to me that the display panel of the TV has the problem. Now the company has asked me to pay ₹20000 to replace it with a new tv.I can't afford such a huge amount.The product got complaint in the warranty period .So the company should replace the product without any payment.
So I humbly request you to take immediate steps to meet my grivences.
