I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my malfunctioning LLOYD AC. Despite filing a complaint 15 days ago, my AC has not been repaired yet. This has caused me significant inconvenience, especially during the current heatwave, with temperatures consistently above 45°C for the past month.
I have been a loyal LLOYD customer, having used your ACs in the past without issues. However, this recent experience has been highly disappointing and frustrating. I have made numerous calls to your customer care, field executives, and even the manager, but no effective action has been taken. Each time, I am assured that the issue will be resolved the next day, but no one has shown up to fix the problem.
The lack of response and action from your service team is unacceptable. It seems that LLOYD's service in Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) is severely lacking, and this has been nothing short of a distressing experience. I am beginning to regret choosing LLOYD again, as other companies provide prompt service and resolution within a couple of days.
To make matters worse, there is a sick person in my home, and the extreme heat is severely affecting their health. This is now not just an inconvenience but a health emergency.
I have sent emails regarding this issue, hoping for a solution. I request immediate attention to this matter. Please ensure that my AC is repaired without further delay, as the ongoing heat is unbearable without a functioning AC.
