I did buy a 1.5 ton AC from LLYOD on line via Amezon, and so it was installed by company Technicians on 02/05/2023. While buying itself I was suggested to pay Installation charges Rs 999+GST and for wall mounting Stand fitting Rs 200+GST.
So, I paid the total amount Rs 1500/ for above both charges (999+180 as GST +200+36 as gst, and remaining amount Rs 85 for 03 stand fitting bolts). When I did ask for company Receipt, I was promised to get within 01 hour on WhatsApp. But till still awaiting.
I have complained to their helpline on cell phone and suggested emails on [protected]@havels.com also but no action has been taken.
Thus, I fell this is kind of financial cheating and scam.
