in the month of February 2013.
I have been receiving calls from from him since October 2012 regarding the education loan.
At that time i was about to give the entrance test and i conveyed the same to him, but he kept on insisting everyday to enroll and provide documents.
I clearly conveyed everything about the income and he told process can be starting even without entrance test scores,university admit and I20form.
So i provided all my documents keeping collateral property. Also all the income documents of all the members were submitted along with a cheque of Rs.5618 and he accepted it positively with no comments about the income. Entrance test results and the university admit letters were also submitted as required by them.
He then kept on insisting about the property documents being insufficient and demanded more documents from society. I have gone through the society and municipality offices for getting pending documents everyday. I then finally managed to submit the documents which were pending.
All the verification of the family members and other people involved were done twice, also property verification was also done by taking photographs and measurements.
And then there was no call from them since 10days, after which i received a call from Mr.Anand Kharat saying that a property document is required without which loan cannot be approved. I then somehow managed to get the document from the society and submitted to them. After submitting, again there was no reply for next 8-10 days. After which, I tried to contact Mr.Anand Kharat via cell number, but he didn't answer my calls. After sometime he sent an sms saying loan is in process. I waited for another 8 days, after which dropped a mail to :

There was no reply to my series of 3-4 mails, after which i tried their toll free number [protected] where the lady telecaller insisted that she is not aware of the status as she is newly joined. She assured me of forwarding the case to concerned department and updating later. I waited again for a day, but there was no call or mail about the status. I again called up on the toll free number and asked about the same, this one guy Mr. Girish assured me of providing the update till that evening. Still again there was no reply. I kept on writing mails on [protected]@credila.com.
Suddenly there was a mail from Mr. Anand Kharat saying the loan request has been denied due income norms not meeting criteria.
If there was an issue with income norms, he must have told me at the start wherein i have submitted all the documents relating to income, I have would not involved in managing the property documents from the soceity and municipality and should have applied to another bank. I have wasted 2 months in submitting the property documents which was not at all needed since the income norm was not satisfying according to Mr.Anand Kharat .
University was demanding the financial support documents in my case it was the loan approval letter which has deadline ending in first week of May 2013.
I wasted more than 2months with credila and the result was rejection.
I request consumer complaints forum to take an action against

After complaining in consumer court, Mr.Anand Kharat called up and spoked about the complaint and insisted me to talk to there Redressel Greivance officer Mr. Sunil Sawant. He told me that they have called me even before regarding the matter but i did't pickup the call. After sometime i got a call from Mr.Sunil Sawant asking why i complained in consumer forum about the matter. When ask him about why he has not replied to my mails, he turned so rude and started blaming me. He kept on providing excuses and tried to cover their mistakes. He was not ready to reply to my mails, instead he was trying to threaten me on call.
This are the credila professional people!!!
They even go to such extent..
How one can trust these guys, for considering their valuable future.
These people are frauds playing with everyone's future.
