Locanto — Cheated for Rs.26,500 by Locanto fraud

I was cheated by an escort service in Locanto for 26, 500INR on 5th Jan 2021 at MG road, Bangalore. His name is Komal [protected] (Komal Clg in Truecaller).

I was asked to pay 500 as advance payment and 2000 as the hourly rate so that the agent will share the location. But, after reaching there he asked me to pay extra security deposit of 5000INR for myself, 5000 for the girl, 10000 for the hotel and 4000 as entry fee (Total of 24, 000INR which will be refunded) saying that police were around. After reaching the hotel reception, I was informed that no such services were provided there and I have been cheated for 26, 500INR. Realising that he is a fraud, I asked him to cancel the booking and asked for the refund of the security deposit. Initially he told that the money will be refunded within 24hrs, but after 24hrs he asked for extra 2000 as commission in order to refund my money. I am still being asked for that Rs. 2000 and this guy is trying to escape by saying he's quitting his job this week.

I have pin to pin details of whatsapp chats screenshots, his photo and amount sent by phonepe including transaction id.

After trying so many options, I am registering a complaint in this forum so that you can help me out. This is my last hope, kindly help me get my money back.
