I contacted a no on locanto for personal service and he asked me to pay 1000 as registration first and then he asked me to pay 19600 for giving girls no and i paid the amount. Then he asked me to pay 18400 for meeting, i refused to give him money for meeting with the girl and then i stopped contacting him. After three four days later he contacted me back whether u want service or not i said i want my money back and he asked to meet the condition for meeting to refund my money and i paid that 18400 thinking i will get my all money back and now he is not picking my phone.
