Scam by lock and key corporation in mumbai, wherein they claim to give property / real estate property at a cheap price under the garb of npa properties by bank / assets management companies
They ask for an agency fee upfront and say that they have a tie-up with bank personnel for selling such property at cheap price.
They will collect agency fees under the garb of sale property at a cheap rate.
As per new law, no property can be sold without auction, on checking the list of property they gave, i found on bank website the real price of the property which is 10 times higher than the price at what they are selling.
For eg: they are claiming to sell inr 10 crore property at 90lakh and so on.
Please beaware of such scam, after few months they may come out with new name and new address, but concept of scam will remain same.
