Logi Max Logistic Solution — w/o travelling we are deducted toll charges from fastag a/c

Dear Sir,
Today jus 10 mins back i've recvd a msg on my mobile "that INR 55 is been deducted from my fastag a/c 3XXXA800 for vehicle no TN 04AV 6602 at SRIPRumbadur on 11/06/19 00.12 Available balance 275.00

and same msg with another deduction on 11/06/19 at 00.21 and INR 55 is deducted and the balance is 220.

But so far I've not traveled any where since 4th of June and my Car is idle at my home and i don't have any business to go thru sriprembadur toll but the amount is deducted twice that to within a difference of 9 mins same date.
