I was an employee of Logic Eastern India Pvt Ltd (now named - Mediant Energy India Pvt Ltd), Address - D-247/31, Sector 63 Rd, D Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. I resigned from this company in Sept 2020 and my last working day there was 30th Oct 2020. My October month's salary along with full-n-final amount comes out to be 39, 250/-. I usually used to get a salary after 2 months during my work period with this company that too after reminding my HR. Initially, they said me to wait for 2-3 months by saying they are low in funds, I understood their situation and waited as I left the company on good terms. After that, I gave many calls to HR, but she didn't pick and hardly gave any response to messages (mere ignoring). I emailed on her official ID which she didn't open and again no reply. I again waited for 3 more months, tried calling the HR and Head of the company. None of them picked the call and cancelled it rather. That was very unprofessional behaviour of the company. And after so many calls HR messaged "She can't take calls" and asked me to email her which I already did 3 months back and she didn't even open. After I gave her many calls and messages she opened that mail and replied after 3 months (attaching the document below). I even called and messaged the company's head, tell him about my urgency, again got no response. I need this money very urgently, really don't understand why they are behaving so unprofessionally. Please help me getting my salary.
