I have placed an order on line for the purchase of one mobile power bank namely oneplus 10k mAh for Rs.799 on 29-4-23.The payment was made on 29-4-23 with my Citibank credit card and the payment was complete through PAYTM gate way. A pop up appeared indicating that my order No as108818.However I have not received order copy for having accepted my order from the seller either to my mail ID or by way of SMS/MMS to my mobile. I had made several attempts to contact the seller in the mobile No-+91 [protected] from 29-4-23 to till date and also sent several reminders to the mail ID-support @londonbritish.shop to know the status of my order and till now there is no response from the seller. The total silence by the seller forced me to suspect the credentials of the seller and it appears that the seller is fake. I have also registered a complaint to my bankers about the fraudulent transaction and registered a dispute to stop payment or to recover the amount of Rs.799 from PAYTM on 30-4-23 and I am yet to know the progress from my bankers.
