I have purchased an Long way Cruiser IC 2000 W Induction Cooktop black which got delivered on 20 November at my location, I have never use the brand before, after 2 days i used the induction and while cooking the upper base got cracked and the glass spread allover my kitchen, these is very dangerous and could leads to accident, Same day i have registered an complain on Longway website and spoken with Customer care they ask me to courier the product on the given company address, as per the instructions i have courier the product and got an confirmation about the product delivered. Now its more than 1 month i am still waiting for my product .
