I have the same problem. They (Loop mobile) provided a number to get information about the deposit refund. That number is not contactable.(standard message indicating the number is not ON). That number seems to be common to all Loop bill payment service stores in Mumbai -- going by the website mumbai.yellowpages.co.in.

My Loop A/C no was 1.1216068 and i have deposit with Loop I have already ported my no but i haven't received my deposit return kindly advise how to get as no gallery is working and no emails of Loop are working,

I have been a customer of Loop Mobile, from the date of inception of the service (as BPL). My number was[protected].
I have a deposit of Rs. 11, 000 lying with Loop Mobile, which has not yet been refunded, despite me having ported my number to Airtel in October 2014.
Efforts to contact Loop Mobile have been in vain. The customer care number on their website is no longer operational.

Loop Mobile, despite an assurance from them, have not yet refunded my deposit amount of Rs 2857. My number: [protected]. The docket no. which was provided to me confirming the refund is[protected]. All their contact numbers are not working. I am not sure if Loop is planning to refund its post paid customers. This issue needs to be dealt with seriously, Thanks. Anil

I am also facing the same problem. BPL (LOOP) used my deposit of Rs.3k for nearly 13 years. At the time of porting they said the cheque will come to your address registered with us now its more than 1 year and will waiting for the refund of deposit.
On top of this Airtel blocks the number if by any chance we forgot to pay the biil just for 2 days!! You can not even receive sms. So when you try to pay online you can not receive OTP. You hanged till you go personally and pay the bill.
I think while porting from BPL or any other service provider, they should take the deposit from earlier provider. So that because of deposit, the new service provider atleast do not block the phone due to 1 or 2 days late payment.

Activation of charged services without confirmation

I am pla ning to take up the matter with one of the aggressive political parties so that pressure is brought on the Management to settle all outstanding depositors. Maybe somebodt can form a Group on Facebook and we collectively move Consumer courts.
