Twice now i have bikes a reservation, paid for this reservation, gotten a confirmation number, gone to the same hotel, tried to check in at 3pm, was told check in is not til 4, gone back to check in, and the place has no rooms available. And twice, the same man, had left me standing at the window. Told me to call oyo and walked off.
Oyo, could not find another room comparable to the room i was trying to stay in. They left me standing there on foot. I extremely upset with the service of oyo. It was a cheaper room at $35. My car was broken down and getting repaired at the shop. Oyo was happy to set me up in a hotel over 30 miles away at a much higher rate, then offered me a 30% discount. That was nice, but a slap in the face. So my little $35 room cost me about $115, even with the discount, with lyft fare both to and from, and i am still being charged for both rooms, which i still have not stayed in.
