Lot Mobiles — not giving bill and making fraud

I went to LOT mobiles chandanagar branch in Hyderabad and asked for Samsung Galaxy s9 tempered glass( screen guard).
He said it would cost Rs.1200.
Then I accepted to take it.
After placing the tempered glass on mobile.
I gave 1200 then he said it is of Rs 2000.
I refused to give and he started to shout saying that he told it as 2000.
This went on for few minutes
I don’t want to make any trouble and agreeded to pay Rs.2000
I said the payment method as Paytm
Then he said to pay for his own mobile number .
I again refused but he said to pay to his own Paytm number
Then I payed to his Paytm number
The payment got completed.
I asked for the bill
He said they will not give the bill for tempered glass.
I asked for bill many times but he refused.
I came out of the store and called customer care and said the incident
The customer care representative asked for time and said will call back
I received call after few minutes from customer care representative and I was on call and received call from the lot store fellow and I kept the call on conference which the shop fellow doesn’t know
He was threatening me and talking rude.
The customer care representative listened to the entire conversation and apologized for that and suggested to raise a complaint
Worst experience
Don’t go to lot mobiles again.
