Lovenwishes — cheating/not refunding

I am working at at United Arab Emirates.
My Order Number LW269777. They failed to deliver the order. The supposed delivery date was April 6th. I have called them several times. Now as I am writing, its over two months. Still they are saying refund is on process. I even have their call records. Is there a way to teach them a lesson ? I have researched a bit on this company and this is what I got.
