Lovenwishes Florist — Bad service

Order Request No: LW108266 - I will never use this florist again. I ordered flowers for a 25th anniversary. They sent me an email that the flowers that I ordered wasn't available and could they substitute? They sent the email at 11 am IST on the day that the delivery was to take place instead of calling. Due to the time difference, I could only reply at 4 pm IST. They said it was too late and would deliver next day. I said ok and expected it to happen. There was no reply to my emails. When I went online today and chatted with them, they said they will deliver on 23rd. There was no communication about the change of delivery and no response to my emails. I cancelled the order - just got tired of dealing with them.
