Lovenwishes — rakhi order

A communication going on for 2+ years (mostly one sided), but yet to resolve.

Referring to the below Order IDs a Cake (+Free Rakhi) and a Ganesh Rakhi Thali has been ordered.

LW211711

Two issues with the order.

Issue 1: Delivery date provided in the order was 18-Aug-2016 but the delivery was done on 17-Aug-2016.
Issue 2: The items delivered is inconsistent with the order as the Ganesh Rakhi Thali is missing.

I pursued the issue for a few weeks and then forgot. Was looking for forum to put up official complain.
