I don't even know where to start about this company service.
I ordered set of orchid's on aug 14th once i confirmed that orchid's could be delivered to that location by their customer executive.
Once order placed, they said orchid's cannot be delivered to that location and asked me to replace them with roses.
I asked them to cancel my order and to refund my amount on aug 14th.
Today is oct 11 and still no refund.
I have called them, mailed them, chatted with their executives million times.
Wen u ask them on monday they say couple of days, and wen we ask wednesday they say friday and wen we ask friday they say it'z weekend, banks won't refund, wait till monday and on monday same process repeats again.
This is what happening from past 8 weeks.
They say they will refund by evening, and when we ask in evening, they will say asap.
I don't even know wen will be that asap.
Never ever try to purchase anything from lovenwishes.
They won't deliver and they won't refund.
And they won't even respond to you properly.
