L&t Bpp Tollway Limited — Unauthorised Toll Tax

Address: L&T BPP TOLLWAY LIMITED, Indranagar TOLL Plaza on NH162, Village Indranagar, near Jadan, District Pali, Rajasthan.

I am a physically challenged person. Carry valid certificate. I am owner of a car No RJ45CN2318. Car is modified and registered as an invalid carriers/adopted vehicle. I was driving my car along with my family. As per the government of India rules, the vehicle is exempted from toll tax. I have travelled from Jaipur to Jaisalmer. I have crossed almost ten toll plaza. None have charged toll tax, except one - L&T BPP TOLLWAY LIMITED, Indranagar TOLL Plaza on NH162, Village Indranagar, near Jadan, District Pali, Rajasthan.
I have shown all relevant documents. But they have charged toll of Rs. 70/
Not only this, they have made me to walk almost 1KM, despite my disability. They have harassed me. Along with me, kids and female family members were threaten. I have asked for complaint register. Initially, they have refused to provide it. After, much insist they have provided attached register, I doubt, it is a fake register, as it does not have contact details on it.
Please take necessary action against them. I file complaint for consumer court.
