L&t Finance — Consumer Loyalty Finance

I have applied for a consumer loyalty loan which your good company offered to me as a pre-approved. However, I have received a message on my mobile that we shall credit the amount within 48 hours but it has passed 73 hours and still counting but no credit of funds.

there is no way to contact your company on the website and the loan tracking status is showing "Document Check Under Process".

You have already got the insurance letter and agreement including the auto NACH ECS enabled on my account.

Is is it marketing gimmick you guys play or are you genuinely providing loans? Stop providing false timelines to the customer

If you have some kind of sense in providing an update please find below my loan agreement number

I have pre approved loan offer 120000 we have done login but this offer is invalid show on my screen so pls re generate my offer
