L&t Finance — Misguiding the customer by harrassing everyday over the phone call

Dear Concerned

My mother had opted for a Two Wheeler Loan from L&T Finance in 2019 for the duration of 24months with Rs. 2825/- EMI per month.
It was an ECS mode payment from BOI account number.
Back in the August 2020 (lockdown period), the bank account was freezed due to non-kyc. Thus, we had paid those remaining EMI through L&T's self-service portal via paytm payment mode as in advanced payment.
Example - we used to pay 3rd May's EMI on 29/30th April 2020. Always before the EMI date and checked each and every statement whether the amount got credited or not on or before the scheduled time. Everything was going without any issue until the last payment.
L&T is now telling us to pay around Rs. 4500/- as overdue amount due to Bank's ECS bounce charge but we've fetched bank statement for last 2years from the current day and last L&T's ECS request was on July 2020. After that, not a single ECS requests got hit to the bank account.
So, when the ECS request didn't happen to the bank account, then why are they imposing bounce charges? We've all the documents/statement with us but now they're harrassing by calling everyday saying that you won't get NOC.

There're no outstanding balances in L&T's statement and from August 2020 to till date, not a single ECS request are made from L&T to the BANK account.
We have the bank statement which I can furnish over here if needed.
The bank didn't impose a single ECS failure fine (which we've already confirmed after visiting the bank) as from L&T's side, not a single request was made.

Now every day, we're getting calls from customer support. We're explaining everything but even after hearing all of these, they're either simply disconnected the call or with a very rude tone and words, they are kind of harassing that we won't get the NOC and all. They aren't giving any guidelines/resolutions.

Please share any email address where I can share the bank statement for the proof.

So many days passed, but not a single response from company’s end. Very pathetic service.
