I already paid settlement amount of r.s 20000 but my loan account didn’t closed or I didn’t got any message form l&t finance when i paid the amount to the recovery advisor mr. Suvo roy he told that you got a settlement message form l&t within 5days and the noc provided within 15 days but i paid that amount january 2021 and till now i didnt get any msg or call i want to know why
