L&t general insurance co ltd — cancellation of my car insurance policy[protected] & refund my full premium of rs 12835 (Fake policy issued by l&t gen insurance co)
Dear l&t general insurance company limited. This is with referance to our earlier mail with the fake policy mentioned by you company with all false informations mentioned by you. I have already remind you so many times for the cancellation of the policy&refund my full amount of rs 12835/-. Why the delay is going to happen for the cancellation. You have issued a fake policy with fake car no mentioned on it. Attached is the false autoinspekt report which shows photographs ofany other car. Kindly cancel fake policy you have issued and return my full amount if rs 12835/-asap.. However, we understand that the vehicle was not recommended by the designated surveyor. Please note the inspection report shared with you was not invalid there was typographical error in the registration number and the vehicle model. With regards to your specific request for policy cancellation, we wish to reiterate that we will require an alternate policy to process the cancellation and refund. After so many reminders for cancellation n refund, till date i have not recieve any request for cancellation. False committment n false promises by l&t executives on daily basis, but nothing has resolved as of now. Already paid rs 12835/- but no refund till date.
