Area between the the 80 feet road and boundary wall of ML-10, Sector L, New Aliganj Extension, Lucknow - 226024 has been encroached and barricaded by the present residents and is being used as kitchen garden.
Encroachment has been causing avoidable difficulty to the traffic on 80 feet road, specially to the cyclists and pedestrians. Also, ML-10 is located at the junction of 80 feet main road and 20 feet colony road and hence the hedge / barricading of encroachment obscures view of the merging traffic - thus is a potential accident hazard.
Encroachment has been done by the present occupants of the ground floor of ML-10 namely Mr Anil Kumar Chaube, as the legal owner his mother Usha Chaube (aged 86 years) is away for medical treatment.
Authorities need to move fast to clear this illegal encroachment and warn Mr AnilCHaube NOT to repeat the same in future.
