Updated by anadimohan With frequent followup, with Nagar Nigam, follwing was achieved :
a. disconnection of old sewer connection
b. new connection across the road after proper approval and paying the required fee for road cutting and paying heavily to the approved contractor
The sever problem in the house stands resolved, however, found the open drain/nali across my house is full of silt and overflowing.
Open drain/Nali along my house is full of silt. Complaints have been registered and silt removed, but kept kept on the sides.
The quantity of silt is so much that it seems sewer has been dumped into this open nali and chocking near my house thus water seeping into my house, through this damaged / totally given way nali thus damaging the boundary wall as well as the foundations.
This is requires :
a. Re-construction of this open drain/Nali across my house
b. Ensuring sewer is not been dumped into this open nali
c. Cover the nali, thus to maintain cleanliness

Looking at the sludge, it does not seem wash water, but looks similar to sewer

Updated by anadimohan The sewage is still being dumped into open drain line / nali.
Due to damaged nali or non existent at most locations, water is seeping and destroyed the boundary wall, as well as damaging the foundations of the house.
Have been requesting for re-construction of the open drain / nali across my house.
Cover of the nali, to maintain cleanliness and avoid mosquito breeding in the area.

Updated by anadimohan Despite several complaints and authorities aware of the issue. No attention.
Chocked Sewer line is continued to be dumped into open nali, making ground for breeding mosquitoes, spreading foul small making it unlivable. Attached is pic of today i.e. 23rd April'17. Looking at the pictures, with heavy sludge, surely not the wash water from households.
Immediate attention is required.
Registered several complaints on Lucknow Nagar Nigam Website (http://lnnpgrs.in). No attention or attention.
