Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Complaining about the street light and a plot full of waste near my living area

The switch of a street light in my area(Shivani Vihar, Kalyanpur) is not working properly since 3 months due to which we can't turn off this light and it is always on during day and night.
Also there is a plot near my house, full of waste and is very dirty. It smells sometimes and is very unhygienic.
Kindly solve both the issues as soon as possible.
