Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Do we have to pay monthly money to the nagar nigarm garbage gaadi to gaadi wala aaya ghar se kachra nikal

Address:211/1, hari nagar, near ravindra palli

I just want an info that is there anything like we have to pay monthly 100/- to the gaadi.. Because when asking they are not showing us the issued letter paased by the govt. And when we are not paying, since 4 daus they are not taking the garbage from our house
